Pre-order Policy

  • Pre-orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund
  • Our current TAT is 10-12 weeks from the closing date of the pre-order
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for us to sort, count, package and ship inventory
  • Please consider TAT when placing your order in terms of sizing
  • Orders cannot be changed once the pre-order window has closed
  • In the event that ready to ship items  are added to your pre-order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order inventory arrives
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided accurate shipping information
