Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return Policy

  • Returns of unopened, unworn merchandise with tags still attached will be accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Return shipping is at buyer's expense
  • Full merchandise refund will be provided MINUS any shipping costs
  • Sale and FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Seasonal items are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt has been made and the package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the shipment, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any re-shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the buyer wishes to have the order re-shipped, a new shipping invoice must be paid prior to re-delivery. If the buyer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the restocking fee and any return shipping fees incurred. 

Exchange Policy

  • Please contact us within 30 days of purchase at wilderwolfeclothingco@gmail.com if you would like to exchange your item
  • Return shipping and new shipping fees are at buyer's expense
  • Your new size will be shipped to you after we receive your return
  • Seasonal items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange

Pre-order Policy

  • Pre-orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund
  • Our current TAT is 12-16 weeks from the closing date of the pre-order
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for us to sort, count, package and ship inventory
  • Please consider TAT when placing your order in terms of sizing
  • Orders cannot be changed once the pre-order window has closed
  • In the event that ready to ship items are added to your pre-order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order inventory arrives
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided accurate shipping information
